Items purchased on filipyung.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Tried on with care (jewelry is delicate—items used for photography, content creation, or worn visibly will not be accepted)
- Returned in the original box and pouch, which are considered part of the product
- Returned with the paper seal fully intact. If the seal is broken or removed, the return will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions. If your return is not approved, you’ll be notified via email.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
How to Register a Return
To start a return, email us at returns@filipyung.com.
Include your order number, and specify the item(s) and size(s) you wish to return.
Packaging guidelines:
- Place each item in its original pouch and box (only one item per pouch)
- Securely place the branded box inside a shipping box (preferably the one it came in)
- Ship it to the return address below, ideally with tracked shipping (PostNord or equivalent)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Refunds
Returns that meet all requirements and are received within the 14-day window will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued
- Original shipping costs and shipping for uncollected packages are not refunded
Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at returns@filipyung.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or rough handling (e.g. adjusting cuffs too hard or bending rings)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, patina, fading of finish)
Lost Items
Filip Yung is not responsible for lost items.
If a product arrives with a mechanical issue (e.g. clasp, hinge), contact us immediately so we can resolve it together.
